The Principle

EVERYONE EARNS THEIR WAY.

The Ultimate Hockey League is built on a simple principle: everyone should have the opportunity to earn their way to the professional level.

There are no shortcuts and no closed doors. What matters is performance. Individual effort, talent, skill, teamwork, and what you deliver on the surface. Your ability and your performance determine how far you can go. That's how sport is supposed to be.

The Mission

Social impact with economic scale.

The mission is as bold as the game: combine social impact with economic scale, and take 3x3 ice hockey all the way to Olympic recognition in 2034.

Professional backbone

The League gives 3x3 ice hockey a professional structure: a repeatable format, a clear commercial platform, and a stage built for broadcast, fans, cities, and partners.

IIHF partnership

Backed by an exclusive IIHF partnership, the League is positioned to connect the new format with the international hockey ecosystem from day one.

Olympic recognition

The long-term target is 2034: to do for ice hockey what 3x3 basketball did with its Olympic debut — make a compact, explosive format impossible to ignore.

AN ACCESSIBLE LEAGUE SYSTEM

HOW TO PARTICIPATE.

Ultimate Hockey League is designed as an open, accessible league system. No invitations are required to get started. Individual players come together to form teams, and every journey begins at grassroots level. From there, players and teams earn their way up through competition - tournament by tournament, level by level - with a clear pathway toward the professional stage.

Your team. Your performance. Your journey.

From your first match to the biggest stage in the world.

Beyond the national stage

Beyond its national leagues, Ultimate Hockey League features international professional competition through the World Pro Series and the UH World Championships — creating a pathway from local playgrounds to the global stage.
